Installation planning support and vendor coordination
All recommendations are non-binding and provided for informational purposes only.
EVFLEETCHARGERS LLC acts only as a consultant. We do not install equipment, sell hardware, or guarantee outcomes.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
Ensure access to sites when applicable
Independently select installers, vendors, and equipment
Comply with local codes, regulations, and permitting requirements
We are not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information.
3. Payment Terms
Consulting services are billed at a minimum rate of $85 per hour, unless otherwise stated
Package pricing may require upfront payment
Payments are securely processed through Paddle, our third-party payment provider
All prices are listed in USD
Failure to complete payment may result in delayed or suspended services.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Installation outcomes
Equipment performance or defects
Contractor or vendor actions
Code compliance failures
Utility or incentive program changes
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the consulting services rendered.
5. No Warranties
All services and recommendations are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Wyoming.
