By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You contact us within 30 days of receiving the final consulting deliverable (such as a written report or completed consultation summary)

  • You are not satisfied with the consulting services provided

  • The refund request complies with the limitations outlined in this policy

Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be considered.

2. Services Covered

This Refund Policy applies to:

  • Hourly consulting sessions

  • Fixed-price consulting packages

  • Site assessments and planning services

Refunds apply only to consulting fees paid to EVFLEETCHARGERS LLC.

3. Non-Recoverable Expenses

If a refund is approved, the refund amount may be reduced by non-recoverable expenses, including but not limited to:

  • Travel expenses incurred for on-site visits

  • Lodging, mileage, or transportation costs

  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client

These expenses cannot be refunded once incurred.

4. Services Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests made after the 30-day refund window

  • Services that have been partially completed and delivered

  • Services canceled after work has begun

  • Time already spent on consultations or analysis

  • Delays or dissatisfaction caused by inaccurate client-provided information

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us by email and include:

  • Your full name

  • Email address used for purchase

  • Description of the service purchased

  • Reason for requesting the refund

6. Refund Review Process

  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  • Approval is not automatic and depends on eligibility

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet policy criteria

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5–7 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are:

  • Processed through Paddle, our payment processor

  • Issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Subject to Paddle’s processing timelines and banking delays

EVFLEETCHARGERS LLC does not control refund posting times once processed.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unresolved chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Additional administrative review

  • Permanent restriction from future services

9. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
